It’s my third stay at the Hanoi Daewoo Hotel. My last two visits were very pleasant, but this time the experience felt significantly downgraded. The lobby was crowded with tour groups and quite chaotic. Worse, the room was disappointing — when I checked in, the toilet had clearly not been cleaned properly and still had visible dirt left from the previous guest.
